Contact Driver Service Information

With our contract driver service we take all the hassles out of having to adhere to the schedules of other
companys. This service is geared to you and your schedule.  You tell us the time you have to be some
place and we will recommend a departure time but you make the final decision. If you want to stop along
the way, pick up others or even choose the route we take, these are your choices.

How it Works

We are hired to drive only. You supply the vehicle and cover all vehicle expenses such as gas, parking,
repairs or any other vehicle expense that may arise from your trip.

Advantages over other Services

The price is the same whether there is one person in the vehicle or five, whether you have one piece of
luggage or ten unlike other services available, where you could be charged an extra fee for each
person and an additional fee for each piece of luggage over their usual one carry on and one bag
limit. Golf bags are no extra charge with us but you could get charged up to $25.00 per golf bag with
other companys.

We bill you $13.99 per hour from the time we pick your vehicle up till we return your vehicle to point
of origin. Pearson Airport is a minimum 5 hour booking. If you have a family member or friend you want
to go and see arrive or see depart from Pearson Airport this is not a problem, the only additional cost
would be any additional time over the 5 hour minimum. If you want to  pick up other people along the
way or stop for any reason the same rule applies,  the only additional cost would be any additional
time over the 5 hour minimum. The only thing we ask is if you plan any other pickups or stops along the
way please let us know ahead of time, so our departure time can be adjusted accordingly.

Any other destinations other than Pearson Airport are bill at a rate of $13.99 per hour with a minimum
booking of two hours.

UGO Referral Program

If you send us a referral make sure they give us your name as the one that referred them and after
your referral has used our service once, we will activate your referral discount. This referral discount
entitles you to a $1.00 per hour discount on all of your future bookings with us. Just our way of thanking
you for passing our name on. This referral discount only applies to our Contract Driver Service and
not to our Designated Driver Service, Grocery Service or Delivery Service.

Designated Driver Service

 With our designated driver service, you supply the vehicle, cover all vehicle expenses and any cleaning
that may need to be done in the event that someone gets sick. We will pick your guest up and take them
to your party and/or drive you guest safely home from your party in the vehicle that you supply. We
have minimum 3 hour booking and our designated driver rate is $ 14.99 per hour. If you wish to have us
pick your guest up to take them to your party, wedding, or event this can be done as well, but remember
the 3 hour booking can not be split. (Example: 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm and then 11:00 pm to 1:00 am) This is
not allowed.  If there is a gap between the hours of service this is treated as 2 separate 3 hour bookings.

You can enjoy your party yourself knowing your guest our looked after.  

We only have a couple of rule that we strongly adhere to.

1.  NO beverages of any type will be allow in the vehicle.

2. Any and all aggressiveness will be dealt with to the full extent of the law.

3. We do not do bar hopping or pickups at any bar.
